REESTABLISHMENT OF AIR TRANSPORTATION
Dear Passenger,
In the context of the gradual lifting of restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the reestablishment of air connections, here are some guidelines to take into account when traveling.
Before the trip
- Fill out the health surveillance form (health declaration) available on the website “of the National Civil Protection and Fire Service” (https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/af3188749dbe4bfe898deca41009a72c) ;
- Take the COVID-19 screening test at least 72 hours in advance;
- Check in online whenever possible and have all the necessary documents;
- Make sure you have enough masks for the entire trip;
- Take a 50ml bottle of alcohol gel or another recommended disinfectant for hand disinfection;
- Avoid going to the airport if you have the following symptoms: Fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell.
At the Airport - Departure
- Arrive on time at the airport to allow controls and necessary new procedures to be carried out;
- Be attentive to all signs at airports and obey the guidelines;
- Practice physical distance, etiquette for coughing and sneezing, hand hygiene and wearing a mask;
- Perform body temperature measurement;
- And know that only passengers and their companions can enter the travel terminal, in the case of a person with reduced mobility and or minors;
- Present to the authorities at the airport, the valid document attesting the negative result of the COVID-19 screening test;
- Ask airport or airline personnel if you have any questions or concerns.
On board
- Practice physical distance, coughing and sneezing etiquette, hand hygiene and wearing a mask;
- Watch the cabin safety demonstration to learn the specific instructions for your flight;
- Limit your movements inside the plane to what is strictly necessary;
- If you feel unwell on the plane, inform the crew and follow the recommendations.
At the Airport - Arrival
- Practice physical distance, coughing and sneezing etiquette, hand hygiene and wearing a mask;
- Avoid interactions with people at the arrival terminal and follow directions from airport or airline personnel;
- Collect your bags and leave the terminal as soon as possible.
