DUTIES OF THE PRM’S

PRM’s are responsible for specification of their needs, in the adequate moment and through appropriate communication channels.

The must notifies the air carrier, its agent or tour operator about their needs, preferably during the booking process or with a minimum advance of 48 hours before the embarkation covering a return flight if the return flight has been booked on the same air carrier.
