ALLOCATION OF SEATS
For operational reasons the airline can change the seat given on your boarding pass, or adopt the free seating system without prior notice.
During the check in process the airline or the handler should take in to account the following situations:
- Families (children and parents or tutors) or groups of children should be allocated on the same row, if not possible near each other. They should not be separated by more than one row, because adults trying to reach their children during an emergency may slow the evacuation process;
- Passengers seated next to emergency exits should be briefed and be able to open the doors, and help in case of emergency evacuation situation.
