When arriving at final destination, make sure that all is in order with your baggage, however if you detect any irregularity with your baggage: if it did not reach destination, if it was damaged or is missing an item, report the situation to the airline company and fill in the respective complaint sheet, before you leave the boarding lounge or the airport.
The complaint referring to the baggage irregularity must be presented to the “lost and found” services of the airport, in order to confirm that the irregularity with your baggage occurred while you were under the responsibility of the airline company.
