UNRULY PASSENGER

A UNRULY PASSENGER is a passenger who violates the rules of conduct in an airport or on board of an aircraft and who does not comply with the airport staff or crew member’s instructions, disrupting the order and discipline of an airport or on board an aircraft.

Carriers can deny transporting a passenger which is considered to be a threat to the security of an aircraft, its flight members or its passengers.

Passengers with the following behavior shall be classified as unruly passenger:

  1. Unacceptable behavior or verbal aggression:
  2. Physical violence;
  3. Threat to one’s life;
  4. Attempting to/or access to the cockpit.
