PRM’s rights:

• Liberty of movement and liberty of option;
• To receive, during his or her travel, the services provided daily to passengers in general, taking consideration of the special need of assistance, such as: priority service and access to informations, instructions, facilities, aircrafts and the vehicles at disposition of passengers in the terminals and the norms of security;
• Priority in transportation of any person, duly certified guide dogs, that accompany them, as well as unaccompanied children;
• In case of denial of boarding, cancellation or delay no matter the period of time, to receive, as soon as possible assistance (as foreseen in any of these situations);
• Necessary assistance, free of charge, for his or her movements in the airport, since the check-in until boarding and, if possible, have him or her seated in the most convenient seat.
