PRINCIPLE OF NON DISCRIMINATION
The entity managing the air carriers and the operating air carriers cannot:
- Discriminate any person because of the reduction of their mobility which is bearer of transport carrying;
- Demand that PRM’s accept special needs included but not limited to the pre-boarding services, not requested by him, however, the air carriers or its agents can refuse to accept the booking of PMRs or embark him if it is to respect the security rules established by international or national right, or to comply with the security rules established by the Aeronautical Authority that has granted the certificate of the air carriage to the air carrier in cause, or demand that PRM’s be accompanied by another person willing to assist him;
- Exclude or deny PRM’s the benefits that any air carrier or related services made available to other person, even in the case of having separate or different service provision for persons with reduced mobility;
- Have any adverse attitude towards a citizen if he or she insists directly or through a third party in claiming their rights.
