Persons With Reduced Mobility – PRM's


The air carriers, its agents or its tour operators cannot refuse, on grounds of disability or reduced mobility:

In case of the situations described above, the air carrier or its agents must inform immediately the PRM’s in cause the reason of that decision, in writing, within 5 days from the request date.

The air carriers or its agents must show reasonable efforts to offer acceptable options to the person in question and to ensure that security requirements will be met and be put immediately available to the public, in an accessible format and at least in the same languages than for the passengers, the rules of security that apply to the PRM’s, as well as the restrictions to his transportation or the transportation of his equipment of mobility due to the dimension of the aircraft.
