RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INTERVENING PARTIES

The managing entity, the air carriers and the operating air carriers must adopt all necessary measures to have the PRM’s duly assisted and informed about the procedure, in order to guarantee his physical and moral, particularly:

• When buying the ticket;
• When consulting the chart with flight schedule;
• When booking;
• When arriving at the airport;
• When entering the terminal;
• When going through the control points accessing the restricted areas of security of the passengers terminal;
• When in transit in airports and in flight connections;
• Before, during or after the flights;
• In the aerodrome of destination, as long as it’s located in the national territory, or
• At any other stage of the trip
